When scheduling meetings with multiple attendees, it can be helpful to open their Outlook calendars and search for an available slot.
To view another person’s Outlook calendar, select Home > Open Calendar > From Address Book… from the Outlook ribbon.
In the panel that opens, use the search box to locate a contact, then select it. Now click the Calendar -> button and select OK. The calendar will appear on screen.
In the navigation pane, you can right-click a person’s name and select Color to help differentiate multiple calendars.
As when viewing your own calendar, ribbon tabs allow you to change the view. They include Day, Work Week, Week, Month and Schedule View.
To hide a calendar, simply uncheck the box next to their name in the Shared Calendars pane or to delete the calendar, right-click the person’s name and select Delete Calendar.
