In this article, we’ll show you what to do if you forgot your account password.
- Visit the Forgot Your Password page.
- Enter your Client ID.
- Click Reset Password.
- Access the URL received in the email from HostPapa and set the new password.
- Click Reset Password.
Logging in after password reset:
Now that you’ve reset your password, you may log in by following these steps:
- Visit your HostPapa Dashboard.
- Enter your Client ID.
- Enter the new password you created.
