Customer Success Story

The Art of Glen Loates

Michael Loates decided to launch a website to celebrate and showcase his father’s artwork. Glen Loates is a renowned Canadian wildlife artist, honoured nationally and internationally with high-profile commissions and invitations to join scientific expeditions.

“I chose HostPapa to be my registrar and my hosting solution because of the price, quality of service, and convenience of having unlimited hosting space,” says Michael.

After poor experiences with two other web-hosting companies ¬– both were over-priced and their customer service representatives were generally not available to answer questions – Michael enjoys the quality and consistency of HostPapa.

“My previous web experience was frustrating in regards to customer service. The companies closed by the time I got home from work,” he says. “The only way I could have received customer service was during my work hours, which was inconvenient for me.”

That’s not a problem with HostPapa.

Michael plans to keep glenloates.com clean, simple and a pleasure to experience for the user. “I would just like to say thank you for a job well done to the entire HostPapa team.”
