BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently seeking a talented, energetic and gifted Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our expanding Help Desk and Call Centre Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, effective and courteous customer service via phone, e-mail and online chat
- Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow business by providing accurate advice and offering clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs (Products and services include: retail, financial and technical)
- Input support/customer-related information into tracking software in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to both professional practices and standards, and processes and controls to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent email and phone etiquette, with the ability to resolve problems and answer sales-related questions
- 1-3 years experience in a front line, 24/7 customer service/help desk/call centre role, preferably with a strong sales-oriented background
- Courteous, professional, dynamic and well-organized
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
- Superior work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work within a team environment and individually
- High level of computer proficiency including MSOffice products and internet navigation
- Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and weekends
